3.Quality Mark Using

   a. The Quality Mark may be used only for those window profiles which have already been found to be in conformity with the quality conditions and to which the right of using the quality mark has already been granted. Manufacturers may not use the quality mark for their other profiles not approved.

   b. The manufacturers have the right to have some tools (metal mould, inking pad, stamp, cachet etc.) made, for impressing the quality mark after getting the right to use the quality mark and provided that the approval of the "Quality Union" Association is obtained. The conditions of use are defined by the "Quality Union" Association.

   c. The Board of Directors may make some specific regulations on the use of the quality mark and mark definitions on such documents as advertisements, brochures, letters of offer, order confirmations and waybills for the purpose of providing fair competition conditions and preventing any misuse of the quality mark.

   d. In the event that the user of quality mark goes bankrupt, is liquidated and his/her membership in the union is cancelled or he/she notifies to the Association with a registered letter that he/she waives the right of using the mark at his/her discretion, the right of using the mark is cancelled.

   e. If the Board of Directors determines that the required conditions was not met for obtaining the right of using the quality mark as defined in the article 1 of the application rules as well as in the related articles of the statutes, the right to use the mark is cancelled. The right of objection against such resolution is reserved, to be exercised within 14 days from the date when the Board of Directors notifies its resolution to the Quality Consultative Committee. In the case that the objection is rejected, the party raising objection, is bound by this decision in accordance with the related article of the statutes.

   f. In the case that the conditions concerning the use of the mark are not followed, the user of the mark is liable to return any quality mark definition tools and the certificate in his possession.
