| Validity of the right of use and Conditions of use a.The quality mark may be used only after the Board of Directors of "Quality Union" Association approves that the conditions were met. Authorizing the use of the mark is independent of other responsibilities aimed for the fulfillment of the quality assurance. b.The right of using the quality mark is granted to those members of "Quality Union" Association who have already proved, with the quality mark, that their products met the quality conditions. c.6.3 The Quality mark must be used in accordance with " Application Rules Related to Granting and Controlling Quality Mark" which is an integral part of the Statutes Concerning Quality Mark. |
