| The Parties' rights and liabilities a.The Plastic Products "Quality Union" Association may assign a person or a group to control the conditions of using the quality mark, to protect the same and to detect any unauthorized uses, any persons who may injure the mark and/or any misuses by the users of the mark, and to give notices. b.All the members of "Quality Union" Association are liable to make any misuses of the quality mark as well as any conducts which may injure the mark known to "Quality Union" Association, and are bound to protect and support the quality assurance in every respect, which is to be ensured by the use and application of the mark. |
