PLASTIC PROFILE MANUFACTURERS "QUALITY UNION" ASSOCIATION APPLICATION RULES RELATED TO GRANTING AND CONTROLLING QUALITY MARK |

Granting quality mark a. Plastic Window Profile "Quality Union" Association grants the right to use the quality mark upon the application of plastic window profile manufacturers (system owners). The quality mark causes its user to gain an identity reflecting that its plastic window profiles are in conformity with the quality assurance principles and that are always subject to periodic quality inspections. b. An application must be lodged to the Plastic Products "Quality Union" Association for using the quality mark and admission to membership. A certified liability certificate must be attached to the application and samples required for testing must be made available.c.The Quality Consultative Committee evaluates such applications for membership and the quality mark-using as well as any prerequisites which must be met. Nominating an independent inspection organization to inspect the conformity of the products manufactured by the applicants to the quality conditions prior to granting the right to use the quality mark, the Quality Consultative Committee, to be convinced much more in the further stages, through any independent inspectors (control engineers) it may nominate or any other inspectors to be nominated by the inspection organization, may inspect whether any systems and technical personnel of the manufacturer conform to the quality conditions. Any possible costs of such process as well as of the product testing are to the account of the applicant. d. The Board of Directors of the "Quality Union" Association issues a certificate for the right to use the quality mark as per the result of the inspection carried out in accordance with the Article 1.3 or refuses to accept the application giving the reasons, with the right of re-application is reserved. |
