Article 8 Scope of Operations

  1. To take actions for ensuring the plastic profile to be well-known by the plastic window appliers, sellers, consumers and the public and for the follow-up of the consumer rights.
  2. To take actions for increasing the nation-wide use of plastic profiles and plastic windows.
  3. To ensure TSE and international standards/specifications-complied and quality manufacturing of the materials.
  4. To train the personnel and to make, or have it made, any technological, commercial, educative and economical researches for the purpose of enhancing the productivity in the manufacturing and to make the members known the results
  5. To take actions or to have the actions taken for the legal nation-wide standardization of raw material purchases of the sector.
  6. To make its members aware of any technical, economical and social developments.
  7. To assist its members in collaboration with the related organizations in technology transfer, know-how and license.
  8. To get any views, to have any necessary actions taken and to make contacts with any competent authorities with respect to any laws, governmental decrees, plans and programs related to the sector.
  9. To make researches, to make publications, and to organize any meetings and seminaries for the origination and realization of any policies for a sound plastic window manufacturing and for preventing "unsound construction making" in Turkey.
  10. To get in touch with any other related unions and institutes in the foreign countries and to take any effective actions for the union. When necessary, to seek for joint operation possibilities.
  11. To participate in any local and/or foreign exhibitions, to organize any participation as a visitor or to organize any such exhibitions in person for the purpose of seeing and/or introducing the products.
  12. To make publications related to the sector, to distribute them and to make contacts with the media.
  13. To protect the economical and any rights of the members of this association and to bring actions against in the related matters.
  14. To establish economical organizations for the objectives and activities of this association and for the purpose of serving its members.
  15. To assist in the constitution of any standards, specifications and regulations devised by such public organizations as TSE, Ministry of Public Works.
