Article 10 Members :

The association consists of two kinds of members; permanent and honorary members. A. Permenant Members Those who have submitted an application to the association and stated that they adopted the objectives of the association verbally or in written, undertook to pay a certain membership fee, are vested with the civil rights, are aged minimum 20 years, who were never sentenced to any imprisonment for five years or more, or on whom no any sentence was passed on account of any one of such crimes as to found or to control any associations forbidden by the law numbered 2908, and also those who fulfills the following conditions can be permanent members by the resolution of the Board of Directors. Being able to prove with a certificate issued by that company, that he/she is a top manager of a company which manufactures plastic profiles and which is the owner of system Any studies at such scientific institutions as a university, Tubitak with respect to plastic profile manufacturing. The association is free not to accept any of every applicant who fulfills the foregoing conditions, as a permanent member All member companies are represented by three permanent members on the board. B. Honorary Members Honorary members are those who are admitted to membership under this title by the resolution of Board of Directors. Honorary Members are those who make any material and moral donations to the association. They do not have rights to elect and be elected. They do have rights to speak at the General Assemblies. A special record book may be kept for those honorary members at their option who pay a membership fee. Honorary members must also fulfill one of the following conditions; a. Employment in a company which manufactures plastic profiles and is the owner of system. b. Studies at a scientific institution with respect to plastic profile manufacturing c. Being in charge in the production of PVC or other additives used in the manufacture of plastic profile. d. Being a PVC window manufacturer e. Being a window accessories manufacturer The association is free not to accept any of every applicant who fulfills the foregoing conditions, as a honorary member.
