| The association consists of two
kinds of members; permanent and honorary members. A. Permenant Members Those who have submitted an application to the association and stated that they adopted the objectives of the association verbally or in written, undertook to pay a certain membership fee, are vested with the civil rights, are aged minimum 20 years, who were never sentenced to any imprisonment for five years or more, or on whom no any sentence was passed on account of any one of such crimes as to found or to control any associations forbidden by the law numbered 2908, and also those who fulfills the following conditions can be permanent members by the resolution of the Board of Directors.
Honorary members are those who are admitted to membership under this title by the resolution of Board of Directors. Honorary Members are those who make any material and moral donations to the association. They do not have rights to elect and be elected. They do have rights to speak at the General Assemblies. A special record book may be kept for those honorary members at their option who pay a membership fee. Honorary members must also fulfill one of the following conditions;
