Article 11 Conditions for Termination of Membership :

No one can be forced to be and to remain a member. The membership is terminated under the following conditions.

1. Termination of membership automatically
  • Termination of the association
  • Any legal decision whereby a missing person is presumed dead
  • Constant loss of the ability to distinguish between right and wrong
  • Being transferred from the company from which a certificate was obtained at the application for membership, to a competitor company (in this case, re-application for membership must be made) or being transferred to any company not dealing in profile manufacturing
2. Each member has the right to resign from membership with a 6-months prior written notice to the Board of Directors

3. Discharging: Any member who is supposed to be in such an attitude and conduct that are contrary to the rules and objective of the association, is discharged from membership by the resolution of Board of Directors. Such member is given the chance to defend himself before being discharged from membership. Such member may raise an objection to the General Assembly against such resolution. The resolution of General Assembly is final. Any discharged member may not claim any right on the association's properties and he becomes liable to pay any debt for the year of his discharge from membership.
