Article 12 Nonobligatory Organs Any subsidiaries of the organs which share the responsibility of duties with the Board of Directors may be charged with a duty. The names and qualifications, and duty responsibilities of them are defined in a regulations approved by the general assembly in accordance with the resolution of Board of Directors.
