Madde 15 Duties and Authorities of General Assembly :

The duties and the authorities of the general assembly are as follows;
  1. To take decisions to achieve the association's aim,
  2. To elect the members of Board of Directors and the Inspection Committee
  3. To discuss on the Board of Directors' Activity Report as well as on the inspection committee's report, and to acquit the operations.
  4. To set up a committee for auditing the balance sheets and accounts
  5. To study and approve the budget.
  6. To authorize the Board of Directors to buy any immovable properties needed by the Association or to sell the available ones.
  7. To modify the Statutes.
  8. To make any decisions on the termination of the Association and on the Association's properties.
  9. To decide on the participation in and severing its ties with the federations.
  10. To authorize the Board of Directors to make the Association a member in any associations or organizations abroad or to sever its any ties with them, for the sake of international operations of the Association.
