Call to Meeting : The Board of Directors prepares the list of members in accordance with the Statutes of Association, who have the right to attend the General Assembly. Members to attend the General Assembly are called with a 15-days prior announcement published in a local newspaper, in which the time, place and agenda of the meeting are specified. In the case that the first assembly cannot be gathered due to the lack of required quorum, a second meeting is projected and the date of this meeting is announced with the first notice. The second meeting must be held not earlier than one week of the first one. The date, time and place of the second meeting are specified and also the list of members to attend the meeting is given in an attachment to the notice. Calls to the second meeting are made in accordance with the provisions provided in the first paragraph. The meeting, in accordance with the provisions provided in the second paragraph, is notified to the head office of the most competent civil service of the province where the meeting is held. The General Assemblies of the Association may not be held in any other province than the one where the registered office of the association is located. |
