Article 17 Quorum for Meeting and Resolution :

The meeting quorum for the General Assembly is the half of total members plus one member who have the right to attend the General Assembly in accordance with the statutes of the association. In the case that the required quorum is not obtained in the first meeting, no any majority is sought for the second meeting, however, the minimum number of members to attend the second meeting must be more than two fold of the number of board of directors and the inspection committees of the association. Each member casts his own vote in person and a majority is required for resolution taking.
