Article 18 Meeting :

The General Assemblies of the association are held on the DATE, at the TIME and in the PLACE that are specified in the notice and notified to the head office of the most competent civil service of the province where the meeting is to be held. Members to attend the General Assembly put their signatures opposite to their names in the list that is to be prepared by the Board of Directors and then they arrive at the place of meeting. If the quorum is not obtained, a report is issued with respect to the lack of quorum. The meeting is opened by the Chairman of Board of Directors or any member thereof to be assigned by the chairman. The absence of the Government commissioner does not entail the postponement of the meeting. After opening, a chairman, sufficient number of deputy chairmen and secretaries are elected to conduct the meeting. The meeting is conducted by the Chairman of General Assembly and the deputy chairman. The secretaries draw up the minutes of meeting and the same is signed by the secretaries and the chairman. All the minutes and any documents are delivered to the Board of Directors at the end of meeting. The General Assembly gathers ordinarily EVERY YEAR IN MARCH and extraordinarily in cases where necessity appears in the opinion of the inspection committee and upon the written request of one fifth of the members of association. If the Board of Directors refuses to call the general assembly to meeting within one month upon the written request of the Inspection Committee and one fifth of the members of association, local Justice of the Peace performs a hearing upon the application of the Inspection Committee and one member of the association, and assigns any three members of his election to call the General Assembly to meeting within one month. At the extraordinary meetings, only the items included in the agenda are discussed and concluded.
