Article 21 Functions of Board of Directors :

  1. To operate as per any budgets and programs accepted with the resolutions taken by the General Assembly n accordance with the provisions of the law numbered 2908 concerning associations,
  2. To represent the association and to give authorization to one or more of its own members with that respect,
  3. To handle the income and expense accounts of the association, to prepare the budget of the next period and to present the same to the General Assembly,
  4. To report any non-Turkish citizens who are accepted to membership, to the head office of the most competent civil service of the province, within ten days.
