Article 23 Meeting Quorum : The Board of Directors gathers at the registered office of the association once a month or more, at a certain date and time without any call. Attendance of half of the members plus one is sought for opening the meeting. Resolutions are taken by majority of votes. In the event of equality of votes, the chairman's vote determines the majority.
