Article 24 Complementation of Board of Directors with Substitute Members : In the event of a decrease in the full number of members due to vacating, despite the assignment of substitute members as well, the members of board of directors or the Inspection Committee calls the General Assembly to a meeting within ONE MONTH. If no any call is made, the local Justice of the Peace performs a hearing upon the application of one member of the association, and assigns any three members of his election to call the General Assembly to meeting within one month.
