Article 28 THE REVENUE AND EXPENDITURES OF THE ASSOCIATION : The revenue of the association is collected against receipts and the expenditures are made against expenditure vouchers. These documents and any other subtitled documents relating to the association must be kept minimum 5 years. The receipts against which the association receives revenue are the printed papers printed by the Ministry of Finance. In the case that such income vouchers cannot be obtained from the Ministry of Finance, the association itself has such vouchers printed and then certified by the head office of the most competent local civil service, and receives donations. Such head office certifies these vouchers with a written report in a list.
