Article 32 AMENDMENT IN THE STATUTES : Amendments may be made in the Statutes provided that any proposals for amendment are put on the agenda of the ordinary and the extraordinary General Assemblies and are notified to the members in written within the period stipulated in the law of corporations. The meeting requires the General Assembly quorum. Any amendment in the statutes requires majority of votes, i.e. votes of two third of the members attending the meeting.
