Article 33 TERMINATION OF ASSOCIATION :

It is at the discretion of the General Assembly to decide on the termination of association at any time. Any resolution by the General Assembly to terminate the association requires the attendance of minimum two third of the members at the meeting, who have the right to attend the General Assembly. In the case that this quorum is not obtained at the first meeting, the members are invited to a second meeting in accordance with the article 15 of the present statutes. The item regarding the TERMINATION can be discussed in the second meeting no matter what the number of members attending the meeting is. Any resolution regarding the termination must be made by a majority of votes, i.e. the votes of two third of the members attending the meeting. Any termination of the Association must be notified by the Chairman of Board of Directors to the head office of the most competent local civil service within 5 days.
