Article 35 TERMS OF LIQUIDATION : Any liquidation upon a resolution of termination is carried out under the supervision of a government inspector and finance representative. Once a resolution of termination is made, a transference is made based on a report to be issued by a commission consisting of any elected three members in the General Assembly and all the funds and properties are delivered to TURKISH CHARITABLE FOUNDATION FOR EDUCATION.
