Article 37 COURT OF ARBITRATION :

  1. In the event of any disputes on the Statutes, quality assurance regulations and activities of the union and its members, the parties may ask from the Quality Union for appointment of a court of arbitration.
  2. The Court of Arbitration is constituted by the Plastic Profile Manufacturers "Quality Union" Association. Each party appoints a participant. Both participants designate a chairman who will serve as a judge. In the case that no any chairman can be designated within 14 days from the appointment of two participants, the Chairman of "Quality Union" Association may ask Istanbul Chamber of Industry or Chamber of Commerce to designate a chairman, provided that one of the participants cannot be designated within 14 days.
  3. The court of arbitration makes its decision regarding the dispute and determines any charges regarding the method of decision-making.
  4. Any such determinations never eliminates any possible necessity for an ordinary court.
