Technical Conditions For Pükad Members

  1. A member of Pükad must hold an ISO 9000 certificate or a formal application for the same should have already been made.

  2. The imperative ones of the below mentioned tools and equipment must be kept available at their Quality Control Laboratories.

  3. 3. Assets of the personnel to work at the laboratory:
    • The Laboratory executive (manager) must be a graduate of any engineering department of a university. The staff members who perform the tests and measurements must at least be the graduates of the appropriate departments of industrial vocational high schools.

  4. The "System" owner profile manufacturers must be in possession of a department which provides the R&D or engineering service to give the necessary designing, documentation and support services.

    What does make the components used a system? The joinery must be composed of such components being in compliance with the standards, aesthetic values and county's habits, as profiles, support sheets, seals, plastic and metal injection parts, fittings, handles and screws.

    And, in order to achieve this, each of these components must be defined individually and must always be dealt with as a whole because the same directly effect each other. And that's it which makes a set of materials "System".
    • The manager of the concerned department must at least be a graduate of an engineering department of a university. The department must be in possession of any necessary tools and equipment (computer, software, printer, drawing table etc.) to provide the necessary drawing and documentation support.
    • There must be any window manufacturing documentation (manufacturing files) which define the systems and establish any window manufacturing stages and forms as to the series, and the technical drawings, descriptions and/or specifications of all the components specific to the system to be used must be kept available.
    • Assets of an engineer and the personnel working at the manufacturing department;

    The manager of the manufacturing department must at least be a graduate of an engineering department of any university. The shift bosses must at least be the graduates of industrial vocational high schools.
